While our legendary 70% dark chocolate creates the ideal chocolate base, pressed berries add a fruity tang to these bite-sized chocolates. The best part? Our Nutmilk, which serves to mellow out this irresistible pairing.

What’s Nutmilk? It’s our creamy new chocolate genre made with finely milled hazelnuts instead of dairy milk. At 45%, this vegan chocolate has all the depth you’ll find in our classic Hotel Chocolat milk chocolate recipe, just without cow’s milk!

Plus, we never use artificial ingredients to make our chocolates. So you can be sure that only natural raspberries have made their way into these delightful bites. We’re talented chocolatiers, but even we accept that nature does it best!
