Our cheesecake is layered within a 40% cocoa butter white chocolate cup. The creamy, indulgent white chocolate is the perfect accompaniment to the sharp citrus kick of the lemon and tang of the mascarpone – adding a bit of sweetness without overwhelming. These delights are perfectly finished off with a scattering of shortbread biscuit pieces, providing that all important crunch typical of the classic dessert.
